Guarantee return

Guarantee

Each product is guaranteed for 1 year from date of delivery. The customer is to inform the representative or SEIM department. Only parts which appear in the SEIM rate will be under assessment.
After the receipt of the parts under guarantee, the quality department is mandated to assess them in under 1 month. Then, it will transmet its assessment to the sales administrative department, which will issue a credit note in accordance with the assessment report.

Procedure

2 different scenarios :
  1. Return to Villieu : The customer is to send by fax his guarantee demand to the fax nb : 04.74.46.07.39. Then, we will fax you a firm of guarantee return which has to be imperatively employed for the sending of goods to :

    Our quality department is responsible for assessing the parts and furnishing an assessment report to the sales administrative department. If the guarantee is accepted, they will make a credit note or an exchange of goods in accordance with the customer’s need. If the guarantee is refused, they will inform the customer and send the assessment report.
  1. Representative return : During a representative visit, he will assess the parts on site and determinate if the part can be accepted or refused. In case of doubt, it must be sent to MGI COUTIER SEIM with the form given by the representative. In case of acceptance, the representative will inform us by fax, the form first being completed. In all cases, the product accepted in guarantee by the representative will also be returned to us for assessment.

    It is imperative to respect the procedure and to employ the appropriate forms to assure the best management of the file.
